If a person is not well in any of the health form whether it is physical or mental he could not live his own life thoroughly well. For living the life well being physically and mentally fit is necessary because the life of a person totally depends upon only these two things and if anyone is weak in physical or mental health, then he could not live its own life in a fine way.
